Job Title: Multi-Trader – Social Housing Adaptations
Location: Retford / Worksop

Duration: 6 months (with potential for long-term work)
Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Trader to join a social housing adaptations project in Retford. This role involves carrying out a range of maintenance and adaptation works within void properties, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
* Carry out multi-trade works including (but not limited to) carpentry, plastering, tiling, and general repairs
* Work efficiently in occupied homes while maintaining professionalism and respect for tenants
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
* Adhere to all health & safety procedures on site
* Valid CSCS Card
* Own vehicle / Tools
* Qualification or apprenticeship in a primary trade OR NVQ Diploma
* Immediate start
* Competitive rates (dependent on experience)
