Job Description:
We are hiring for Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC Maintenance Officer
Multiple locations: Belfast, Antrim, Armagh, Down, Fermanagh, Londonderry, Tyrone
* Demonstrable experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical Design and Installation
* Respond effectively to urgent repair requests affecting mechanical, electrical systems, and infrastructure, including kitchen equipment, minimizing disruption.
* Handle emergency maintenance and repairs for a wide range of Mechanical and Electrical Services installations and equipment to restore functionality promptly and safely.
* Conduct regular site visits to address day-to-day maintenance issues and execute planned maintenance programs to prevent future problems.
* Ensure all maintenance activities and installations comply with relevant regulations and legislation, with a strong focus on health and safety standards.
