£12.50 per hour (without Forklift Licence)
£13.25 per hour (with Forklift Licence)
? Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
About the Role:
Abstract Recruitment is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our clients team. Our client is a leading provider of critical logistics solutions, operating in over 60 countries and 357 locations worldwide for over 40 years.
In this role, you will act as the key liaison between the operations team and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and swift resolution of queries. You will scrutinise paperwork returned by warehouse staff for accuracy, resolve administrative issues promptly, and maintain efficient record-keeping related to unloading, reloading, and goods tracking.
You will also be responsible for issuing release notes in line with warehouse procedures, generating management reports, and supporting procurement processes while ensuring compliance with best practices.
Please note: The role includes minimal warehouse tasks such as moving boxes and hand palletizing.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise between operations and other departments to expedite queries
Review and verify paperwork for accuracy, resolving errors on the spot
Maintain accurate records and filing systems for warehouse activities
Issue release notes following warehouse procedures
Create management reports as required
Support procurement processes in line with warehouse best practices
Assist with light warehouse duties, including moving boxes and hand palletizing
About You:

Self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player with attention to quality and detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Forklift licence is desirable but not essential
