As an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer you will be responsible for:
* Generating new business
* Carrying out valuations
* Building and maintaining relationships with prospect clients
* Carrying out viewings
* Negotiating offers
The successful Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer will have the following skill set:
* Previous experience working as an Estate Agent with Valuation experience
* Proven track record in winning new business
* Strong relationship building and communication skills
* Full UK licence and car
