Overview
Shaw healthcare is looking for a Bank Domestic Assistant to join the team in Trenewydd. You will join a team that is fully committed to making a difference to the lives of those who we provide care for. Our aim is to deliver the highest standard of care to our service users and to provide the same standard of care that we would expect our own family members to receive. We use the latest care technology to enable you to spend more time with the service users you care for.
Responsibilities
* Clean and sanitize rooms including furnishings in assigned work areas
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness of the service and Laundry with minimal disruption to service users and their care
* Communicate and engage effectively with service users, their families and colleagues; strong interpersonal and working relationship skills are essential
* Demonstrate the ability to work without direct supervision
* Use a variety of cleaning products, paying particular attention to COSHH regulated products
* Work on your own initiative and maintain a high level of hygiene within the home
* We will provide you with full training, including our leadership programme to support development and progression within Shaw
* No previous experience or qualifications are required; Shaw will work with you to help you become an excellent member of our team
