Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Flt Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of vehicle operation, basic mechanical knowledge, and the ability to perform various warehouse duties.
Duties
* Operate vehicles for the safe transportation of goods to designated locations.
* Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
* Perform routine inspections
* Engage in heavy lifting and materials handling as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment within the warehouse.
Experience
* Previous experience in a driving role is preferred, with a valid driving licence suitable for the vehicle type operated.
* Familiarity with warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving processes.
* Basic maths skills for accurate record keeping and inventory management.
* Experience operating forklifts and or clamp trucks
