We’re looking for Audit Directors who are Responsible Individuals, focusing on delivering and signing off high quality audits, with a heavy focus on the strategic growth of the team, business development, and fostering an inclusive culture.
We’re seeking existing Responsible Individuals with a high audit quality rating, operating in either the listed or larger mid-market space, who have a passion for coaching teams to success and building long-standing client relationships. We want to explore growing our audit practice with the right people who value our culture – collaborative, inclusive and high performing. Responsibilities
* Deliver and sign off high quality audits as a Responsible Individual.
* Lead strategic growth of the audit team and drive business development initiatives.
* Foster an inclusive culture and coach teams to success.
* Build long-standing relationships with clients and operate in either the listed or larger mid-market space.
Qualifications
* Existing Responsible Individual with a high audit quality rating.
* Experience in the listed or larger mid-market space.
* Passion for coaching teams and developing talent toward partner-level roles.
* A track record of building client relationships and contributing to practice growth.
