They’re launching a brand-new division in Poland and expanding rapidly across Europe’s luxury residential market.
To make it happen, they’re looking for a Senior European Projects Lead - someone who can take ownership of cross-border, high-end residential schemes and help build a new arm of the business from the ground up.
🔨 What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading luxury residential projects across multiple European locations
* Helping win new work and overseeing delivery to meticulous standards
* Managing UHNWI clients with confidence and professionalism
* Navigating different countries’ building regulations
* Travelling regularly between key European cities
* Representing the brand and selling the value of a top-tier contractor
* Helping grow a new division set to scale significantly over the next 3-5 years
💼 What You’ll Need
* Bi-lingual or tri-lingual (European language skills essential)
* Experience delivering high-end or super prime residential projects
* Strong client-facing ability - able to build trust with UHNWIs
* Commercial awareness with the ability to help win work
* Appetite for travel and cross-border project leadership
* A senior-level mindset - capable of shaping a new European arm
