Key Responsibilities
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email, including quotes, orders, delivery updates, and product queries
Calculating pricing, applying discounts, and checking real-time stock levels
Processing orders and associated documentation in line with internal SLAs
Supporting the external sales team with admin and client support
Booking courier collections and managing delivery logistics
Handling and resolving customer complaints effectively
Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
General administrative tasks including document filing
Occasional outbound calling to follow up on quotes or re-engage lapsed clients
Participation in internal team meetings (e.g. SQCDP)
