This is a full-time, permanent Customer Service Advisor position, working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm. Company perks include a profit share scheme, monthly incentives AND the day off on your birthday!
Responsibilities for this Customer Service Advisor role:
* Manage client queries regarding their employment documentation
* Guide clients through all Legal & HR enquiries (phone, email)
* Drafting legal documentation for clients
* Servicing clients in a timely and efficient manner
* Build rapport and relationships with clients on each interaction
Person Specification for this Customer Service Advisor role:
* A background in HR, Legal, Recruitment, sales, operations or customer service
* Ability to work to SLA’s and deadlines
* Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment
* A dynamic and flexible approach, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
* Face to face or telephone customer service experience – B2B preferred
* Ability to learn, research and interpret HR & Employment Law
