Key Responsibilities Manage residential property transactions from instruction to completion. Achieve completion targets (around 15 per month) while maintaining the highest standards of client care. Work closely with colleagues to support the continued growth and success of the department. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders. What We’re Looking For Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer. Experience in residential property matters (NQ–20 years PQE welcome). A commitment to quality, with the ability to manage workloads effectively. Strong communication and teamworking skills.
