* Experience leading growth, scaling or commercial transformation within a fintech or regulated technology business.
* Strong strategic partnership and commercial development capability.
* Exposure to fundraising, investors and board‑level stakeholder management.
* Experience operating within regulated financial services environments.
* The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery and execution.
