Role Overview
As a Hearingcare Host, you’ll be the welcoming face of our clinic, creating a warm and professional first impression for every customer. Working alongside our Audiologists and the wider store team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring each customer enjoys a smooth, supportive journey from the moment they walk in.
Responsibilities
* Greeting customers with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.
* Managing appointment schedules, check‑ins, and reschedules.
* Making daily confirmation calls to reduce no‑shows.
* Handling general queries about hearing tests, hearing aids, and aftercare.
* Engaging with in‑store customers to raise awareness of hearing services and encourage bookings.
* Supporting administrative tasks such as filing, stock control, and payments.
* Keeping the clinic and reception areas tidy, organised, and welcoming.
Qualifications
* Friendly, approachable, and customer focused.
* Confident speaking with the public and handling busy situations.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Comfortable using IT systems and managing schedules.
* A team player with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
* Previous experience in a customer‑facing role.
* Willingness to travel for training or support other clinics when required.
* People person with a passion for delivering exceptional customer care.
