The Role
As Account Manager, you'll take full ownership of your territory, managing and expanding relationships within teaching hospitals, universities, medical schools, and nursing colleges.
You'll work closely with a wide range of healthcare and academic professionals - including trainers, tutors, nurses, midwives, junior doctors, and procurement teams - to deliver innovative training and simulation solutions that enhance clinical education and patient safety.
This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales role with the freedom to manage your accounts strategically, backed by strong product support and a trusted brand.

The Person
You're a confident and motivated sales professional who thrives on building meaningful customer relationships. You'll be:
* Experienced in selling to the NHS or medical education sector
* Comfortable conducting product demonstrations or training sessions.
* Naturally empathetic, autonomous, and commercially driven.
* Alternatively, you may come from a clinical background (e.g. nurse, physio, clinical specialist) and be ready to transition into medical sales.
Full product and clinical training will be provided, along with all the tools and support you need to succeed.
The Package
* Basic Salary: Up to £48,000 (depending on experience)
* Commission: £20,000 uncapped
* Car: Fully expensed company car or £550 monthly car allowance
* Benefits: Healthcare, pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays
