Job Description:
Responsible for increasing revenue and market share in the UK through the company’s product portfolio, by driving the UK government, Military or Law Enforcement account base, identifying and pursuing new critical contracts from prospect to partner in accordance with the company’s brand, values and mission statement.
Will report to the UK Country Lead.
Business Development
* Responsible for acquiring new customers from a specified target customer list.
* Understand the company’s portfolio to generate quality opportunities and differentiate offerings against competitors.
* Follow and understand the latest trends in the Cyber Security industry.
* Articulate the company’s business strategy and that of the wider brand.
* Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective customers when appropriate and safe.
* Forecast sales monthly in line with CRM processes.
* Translate Cyber Security developments into customer-driven solutions.
* Onboard newly acquired customers.
Client Relationship Management
* Manage and grow existing Tier 1 customers.
* Serve as a point of contact for assigned accounts.
* Ensure customer success and satisfaction with regular reviews.
* Network across industry sectors and attend events when required.
Sales Administration & Process
* Monitor customer invoice payments and settle outstanding debts timely.
* Support marketing campaigns and company events.
* Develop and execute sales plans using approved methodologies.
* Adhere to sales processes and procedures.
Other Responsibilities
* Manage targets, KPIs, and objectives.
* Lead tender processes for procurement opportunities.
* Develop relationships within the company and externally.
* Build and maintain the company’s brand and mission.
* Perform additional duties as requested by management.
