Department overview Accountability for Aston Martin’s transformation projects. Job purpose The Transformation Lead will play a key role in the delivery of our strategic transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Transformation, Strategy and Process Manager, the Transformation Leader will be responsible for the governance, tracking, and effective delivery of transformation programmes. This role will work with the team and Engineering senior leaders to ensure consistent, high-quality, on-time execution and alignment with business objectives, enabling successful organisational change. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a key company-wide strategic transformation projects, while developing new skills to support ongoing growth and future career development plans. Key duties and responsibilities Manage the implementation of the Transformation framework, processes, and governance structure to support Aston Martin’s transformation objectives. Support the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) in prioritising, monitoring, and steering transformation project initiatives to ensure strategic goals are met Act as a central management office contact point for all transformation initiatives, ensuring transparency, consistency, and alignment across programs and projects Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting mechanisms, providing the CTO and Executive Committee with accurate, timely insights on transformation progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to enable informed decision making Establish and uphold best practices in change management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and benefit realisation Facilitate effective and efficient communication and collaboration between programme teams, senior leadership, and key stakeholders Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise the effectiveness and efficiency of transformation delivery Oversee the use and adoption of transformation management tools and ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting Identify potential risks and issues that may impact transformation delivery and work closely with stakeholders to report and manage these, and implement mitigation strategies.
