COMPLIANCE MANAGER

37.5 hours Per Week | On Site Role | Permanent
ISS is recruiting a Compliance Manager to join our team at Croydon University Hospital. Acting as the number two to the Key Account Manager, this role provides a clear path for progression into senior FM management.
Based on-site (5 days per week) - you’ll play a pivotal role in monitoring and reporting on performance across all FM services, ensuring operational and contractual standards are met and exceeded. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to grow their career in a supportive, well-connected environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensuring site compliance at all times
* Monitor and check audit scores
* Manage health and safety requirements
* Produce accurate client and H&S reports
* Oversee and manage the Helpdesk service
* Present reports confidently to stakeholders
About You
* Happy to work on-site 5 days per week (this is not available as a hybrid position)
* Demonstrable experience in a compliance-focused role
* Good communication skills with the ability to interface with people at all levels.
* Presentation skills – comfortable presenting to stakeholders of differing levels
* Strong organisational & problem-solving skills
* Previous experience of managing and reviewing management information (e.g. audits etc).
* Proficiency in MS Office with report writing and basic data analysis experience
* Excellent communicator with ability to engage at all levels
* Resilient, proactive and capable of independent decision-making
* Flexible and adaptable with a positive approach to change
