The role
Due to growth, our dynamic and enthusiastic Salisbury team is seeking a new member to join their rural consultancy and management team. As a key hub office within Strutt & Parker, we have a vibrant multidisciplinary office with opportunities for career progression.
We undertake the full range of Rural services with a diverse client base and work types, including management, consultancy, valuation, farming, and environmental services. Our technical excellence attracts prestigious landowners in the area. The role involves Estate Management and professional consultancy, with opportunities to collaborate across disciplines within the office.
We value a team-oriented approach; we are looking for someone energetic, driven, and eager to develop their career in rural surveying.
In this role you will:
* Act as lead agent for key estate management clients with regular interaction.
* Support senior team members on estate management and consultancy projects, liaising with other professionals.
* Opportunities to work on secured lending and professional valuations if qualified and interested.
* Support training and mentoring of graduate team members.
* Build a professional network and act as a brand ambassador.
* Assist in marketing events and business development activities.
About you:
* You will have a positive, proactive attitude.
* Experienced rural practitioner, ideally MRICS qualified, with a track record across various projects.
* Aspiring for leadership, capable of building client relationships and generating opportunities.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator who works well under pressure.
