Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be adept at using both power and hand tools as well as diagnostic machines. This role is crucial for maintaining and repairing a variety of Internal and customer vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities
Diagnose mechanical issues and determine the best course of action for repairs.
Utilise power tools and hand tools effectively to perform repairs and maintenance tasks.
Keep detailed records of maintenance work performed, including parts used and time taken.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe working environment.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times while working in the workshop or on-site.
Skills
Strong mechanical & technical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various mechanical systems.
Proficient in the use of power tools.
Skilled in using hand tools including wrenches, pliers, and screwdrivers.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
