Fleet Coordinator (Hybrid)
Salary: £28,000–£35,000 DOE
Hours: 37.5 per week (Mon–Thu 8:30–5, Fri early finish)

Operating across the UK and Europe, the company supports major infrastructure and industrial clients through a combination of asset management, transport solutions, and digital services.
The Role:
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a large UK-based fleet. You’ll act as the link between customers, engineers, and internal teams — providing first-class service and keeping everything running safely and effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing customer accounts and providing day-to-day fleet support
Coordinating maintenance, damage recovery, and any operational issues
Visiting customer sites and presenting performance data
Working closely with internal departments to deliver excellent service
Proactively identifying and implementing process improvements We’re looking for someone who is:
Experience in logistics, engineering, or fleet management
A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
Proactive, confident, and digitally savvy
Comfortable engaging with customers and presenting information
A natural problem-solver with strong attention to detail
