Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for excellence and attention to detail? We are seeking a dynamic Hotel Operations Manager to join our leadership team and oversee the smooth running of day-to-day hotel operations. Key Responsibilities:
1. Report to the General Manager and support in managing all aspects of hotel operations.
2. Oversee the Housekeeping and Food & Beverage departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
3. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service quality across all areas.
4. Lead, train, and motivate department teams to achieve performance and service goals.
5. Monitor operational costs and implement efficiency measures.
6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
7. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
8. Proven experience in hotel operations management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
9. Strong background and hands-on experience in Housekeeping and Food & Beverage operations.
10. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
11. A passion for guest satisfaction and service excellence.
12. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
