We’re growing and looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Operations Team in Neath. This is an exciting opportunity to manage complex client portfolios, oversee contract delivery, and help shape the future of transport technology solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing day‑to‑day service delivery across key client contracts
* Owning client relationships from implementation through to renewal
* Monitoring KPIs and SLAs, ensuring high service standards and performance reporting
* Proactively communicating service updates and performance insights to clients
* Leading new project roll‑outs such as firmware upgrades, relocations, and system expansions
* Collaborating with Product, Client Services, and Development teams to resolve issues and improve services
* Identifying opportunities for service improvements and growth
What You’ll Bring
* Strong experience in project management or service delivery
* Experience managing budgets, invoicing, and client reporting
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
