Monday – Friday (plenty of overtime available) • £38,000 + overtime • 4 commercial sites in West London
Responsibilities
* Tiling
* Carpentry – Door hanging, fire door ppm
* Assembling furniture
* Plumbing
* Drainage & flushing
* Fire alarm/door testing
* Grouting & plastering
* Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
Requirements
* Experience as a building services fabric engineer
* Trades qualifications – C&G or NVQ
