With a culture built on collaboration, quality, and delivery, they are seeking a skilled Planner to strengthen their pre-construction and project delivery team.
The Role
The Planner will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects from tender stage through to completion. Working closely with the pre-construction, commercial, and operations teams, you will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and updating detailed programmes that ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and monitor project programmes at tender and live stages.

Provide accurate progress reports and forecasts for management and clients.
*
Work closely with pre-construction teams to develop tender programmes.
*
Identify and manage risks, delays, and opportunities within project schedules.
*
Attend client meetings, presenting programme information and progress updates.
*
Use planning software (e.g., Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6) to produce and update programmes.
*
Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and best practices.
Candidate Profile
*
Proven experience as a Planner within the construction sector.
*
Strong understanding of construction processes across a variety of sectors.
*
Proficiency in Asta Powerproject (Primavera P6 also beneficial).
*
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
*
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
*
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
