A Typical Day in the Job:
1. Support the organisation in managing, analysing, and reporting on carers data to improve service delivery and monitor staff performance.
2. Apply statistical techniques such as descriptive statistics, time series analysis, and data/text mining to identify trends and patterns.
3. Translate complex data into actionable insights and evidence-based recommendations for improving staff performance and service delivery.
