Primary objective of position
Work within the estimating team to create quotations for main contractors, sub‑contractors and merchants for pre‑hung doorsets. Full product & role training will be given.
Contracted hours
40 hrs Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00

Key responsibilities and performance measures
* Evaluate architects drawings to create a quotation schedule.
* Check all products against technical information including fire certificates & data sheets.
* Cost project based on information received on a project by project basis.
* Ensure all quotations are accurately entered into our CRM system and create job folders.
* Support handover meetings with the contracts team once orders are won.
* Adhoc admin tasks to support the office and team.
* Comply with Health and Safety responsibilities.
Minimum qualifications / experience required
* A minimum of 3 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grade C or above, including Maths and English.
* Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
* Experience working with architectural drawings is desirable.
* Excellent working knowledge with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft software.
* Knowledge or background within the joinery industry is beneficial.
