Our client is a global insurance law firm with offices across the UK. They are currently recruiting a Healthcare / Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 0-4 years PQE to join their Healthcare team in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. The firm offers hybrid working and a competitive salary based on experience.
Your new role
You will handle your own caseload of clinical negligence matters from start to finish on behalf of NHS Resolution. Your responsibilities include providing expert legal advice, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating case documents.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with 0-4 years PQE. Candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply. Experience handling high-volume clinical negligence cases is essential, along with strong advocacy, drafting, and negotiating skills.
