Role Overview
The Creative Lead is responsible for managing and developing the creative team within the marketing department, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality visual assets that reflect and enhance the company’s brand. This role combines hands‑on creative work with leadership responsibilities, supporting the CMO in driving brand consistency and innovation across all channels.
About You
* Degree in design or related field
* At least 5 years of B2B design experience
* At least 1–2 years of management/leadership experience
* Proficiency in at least two of the following domains: graphic design, corporate branding, video production & editing, website design, illustration
* Webflow experience is desirable
* Current on the latest design trends and styles
* Knowledge of large corporate enterprises and visual identities that appeal to our audience
* Experience across print, web, video, email formats
* Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
* Experience in product design a plus
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the creative team, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
* Oversee delivery of creative projects across print, web, video, and email, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
* Collaborate with the CMO and senior marketing colleagues to evolve the organisation’s visual identity and recommend improvements.
* Allocate work, set priorities, and ensure deadlines are met for all creative outputs.
* Work closely with sales, customer success, and product marketing to create engaging proposals, presentations, and enablement materials.
* Maintain and update design assets for the corporate website and other digital channels.
* Ensure all creative output is consistent, high‑quality, and delivered on time.
* Stay up to date with design trends and best practices, and share insights with the team.
* Manage relationships with external agencies or freelance designers as required.
