Regional Sales Director — London (Hybrid) | Enterprise SaaS
My client is a global AI-native platform scaling at at 40% YoY growth for the last five years. Recognised as a Leader by both Gartner and Forrester, this company has won major enterprise logos across Europe.
Now they need a Regional Sales Director to lead the charge across Western Europe.
The role: You'll build, lead, and develop a team of Enterprise AEs. You'll own the number. You'll get hands-on with strategic deals and work closely with C-suite buyers and senior partner stakeholders. This isn't a manage-from-the-sidelines gig - it's a player-coach role with real commercial impact.
You'll need:
8+ years in enterprise software sales
3+ leading teams → Strong B2B SaaS background (CRM, BPM, low-code/no-code, or similar) + a track record of exceeding quota — not just hitting it → Fluency in MEDDICC and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
