What to expect
Working closely with highly regarded partners and senior lawyers, you will:
* Advise on a broad range of corporate transactions, with a focus on Private M&A
* Act for corporates, investors, founders, management teams and financial sponsors
* Take a leading role in managing transactions and client relationships
* Enjoy significant client contact and responsibility from day one
* Support and mentor junior lawyers within the team
* Participate actively in business development initiatives and help grow the firm's client relationships and market profile
What the team is looking for
Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors with approximately 4-6 years' post-qualification experience gained within a recognised corporate practice.
You should possess:
* Strong Corporate/M&A transactional experience
* Excellent technical and commercial judgement
* Experience managing client relationships and running workstreams
* A collaborative approach and strong team ethic
* An interest in business development and networking
* The ability to deliver practical, commercially focused advice
