About YouWe are seeking a Systems Administrator to support the administration and optimization of our finance platforms including OneStream, Snowball, and our Global Data Platform. Reporting to the Finance Platforms Reporting Lead, this hands-on role combines system administration with technical support to ensure optimal platform performance and user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills and a willingness to develop expertise in enterprise financial systems.
Day to Day you will:
* Administer and support OneStream and related finance platforms, managing user access, security, system configurations, and scheduled data integrations.
* Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, reconciliations, and financial reporting needs.
* Provide first-line support to end users, delivering training, documentation, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth system usage.
* Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes, ensuring accurate reporting, reconciliations, and data integrity.
Skills and Experience:
* Strong SQL coding skills with the ability to write, debug, and optimize queries, plus advanced Excel knowledge.
* Experience working with financial systems (OneStream, Hyperion, TM1, Anaplan, or similar) as a user or junior administrator.
* Understanding of financial accounting processes, including consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive approach to process improvement.
