Contracts Manager
Location: Glasgow Office 48 St. Vincent Street, G2 5TS
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Whats the Role? Are you ready to take the lead in managing high-volume, single-site contracts within a fast-paced and rapidly growing business? Were looking for a proactive and commercially minded Contracts Manager to join our team in Glasgow.
Initially focused on the large power metering sector, this role offers exciting opportunities to expand into other areas of the business as we continue to grow. Youll be instrumental in driving contract retention, upselling additional services, and ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations.
This is a key role that will shape customer relationships and support the long-term success of our contracts portfolio.
Please note: Interviews will be held in person at our Glasgow office.
Key responsibilities:
Contacting customers at contract renewal stage and issuing contract renewals
Upselling of new services at contract renewal stage
Placing customers to default renewal rates if no renewal documentation is returned
Ensuring contract compliance and monitoring exceptions
Where de-appointed during contract term contacting customer to be re-appointed
Triggering contract termination charges as appropriate
Dealing with customer contract queries
Dealing with debt escalations
