Print Administrator

Location: Sheffield (S11)
Contract Type: Temporary, on-going assignment
Hours: Monday - Friday between 8am and 5pm, 35 hours per week
Rate of Pay: £12.60 per hour
Start Date: As soon as possible
Pertemps Network Group are currently looking for a Print Administrator to join an on-site services team on an ongoing basis. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work to daily targets within a structured and process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately print and prepare letters and documents, ensuring all information is correct
Insert printed materials into envelopes with a high level of attention to detail
Monitor your own productivity using on-screen tracking tools
Meet individual and team performance targets
Provide regular updates to supervisors on progress and workload
Follow all company policies and procedures, including GDPR requirements
Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly management information
Support colleagues and carry out additional tasks as directed by your line manager
Keep stock levels topped up and report any equipment faults promptly
Complete all required training within set timescales
Skills and Experience
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable, consistent, and able to work independently
Confident using computers, with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks to a high standard
A good understanding of GDPR and how to handle personal data correctly
Previous experience in administration, data or quality control is desirable
