Conveyancing Solicitor Newry We are working with a successful firm based in Newry to recruit for their new Conveyancing Solicitor to join them in Newy on a permanent basis. Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to welcome a Conveyancing Solicitor into its established and supportive property team. Duties will include; Manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion Providing clear, practical legal advice and delivering a consistently high level of client service Handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including sales, purchases and remortgages Advising clients clearly and confidently throughout the transaction process Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documents and related conveyancing paperwork. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties to progress matters efficiently. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.
