Band 2 Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
An opportunity has arisen for a receptionist/administrator to join the AHP Admin Team based at the Borders General Hospital. This role involves reception cover, booking of appointments, adding referrals, answering telephone calls, inbox management and other administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
Provide reception cover and general administrative support for the services listed above, including booking appointments, adding referrals, handling telephone calls, managing inbox and supporting the team as required.
Qualifications & Skills
* Good communication skills
* Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Ability to work individually or as part of a team
* Good IT skills and computer literate
Working Hours
This post is for 19.8 hours per week over 4/5 days, excluding weekends. Hours are open to discussion.
