Essential Job Function
1. Collate details from commercial team and work with corporate IT to develop a solution that suits client needs.
2. Manage IT tickets to create, test and implement various components of solution.
3. Fully test any solutions designed by IT before approving for use in production environment.
4. Manage client calls to talk client through solution and liaise with their IT to test and troubleshoot.
5. Work with existing clients and CL Continuous Improvement to assess efficiency of current solutions and options for improvement.
6. Work with Crane Warehouses to assess efficiency of current operations and options for improvement.
7. Ensure new solutions or changes to existing solutions do not interfere with existing solutions and operations.
8. Work with internal Crane resources for new warehouse set ups, including system settings and components and onsite physical set up IE printers, scanners etc
9. Set up and own client calls to work through onboarding items and coordinate various resources.
10. Test and implement solutions and individual items such as customised reports as needed by client.
11. Ensure project stays on track for set go live date and/or communicate to the stakeholders about any delays.
12. On site support during go live period, as needed.
13. Training of Crane resources assigned to any new project.
14. On going and general training of Crane CL applications.
15. First point of contact for support queries from all operations.
16. Regular training in Footprint for all operations.
17. Monitoring IT tickets to ensure they are valid, correct and contain relevant information.
18. Data analysis to ensure solutions are operating as expected.
19. Power BI dashboards where necessary for specific client need
20. Other duties as assigned

29. Proficient in the use of analytical techniques such as statistical probability distribution, correlation, data sampling and relating sets of numbers
30. Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborate with internal and external resources, respond to questions from senior management, and manage through conflict with a positive, flexible attitude and professionalism.
31. Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Excel.
Education & Experience
32. Minimum 2 years related experience.
33. Minimum 1 year industry experience preferred
