As we embark on the next stage of our growth trajectory, we are seeking a visionary Head of HR to build and lead a world-class people organization that supports our mission and global expansion.


Role Overview

As Head of HR, you will be the strategic and operational leader responsible for designing and executing our global people strategy. You’ll drive talent acquisition, culture, organizational design, and HR infrastructure across multiple regions - ensuring we continue to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent across engineering, manufacturing, and leadership disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

* People Strategy & Leadership - Design and execute a global HR strategy aligned with rapid growth across R&D, manufacturing, and commercial operations.
* Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand - Build scalable hiring processes and strengthen our global employer brand, particularly across the EU, UK, US, and Baltic/Nordic/Polish regions.
* Organizational Development - Shape org design, performance frameworks, and leadership development to support a high-performance culture.
* Compensation & Compliance - Oversee global compensation, benefits, and employment compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
* Culture & Engagement - Foster a values-driven, inclusive, and hybrid-friendly work culture that empowers innovation and collaboration.
* HR Operations & Data - Implement efficient HR systems, processes, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making and scalability.


Qualifications & Experience

* 5-12 years of HR leadership experience in global, high-growth, or complex organizations, ideally in Defense-Tech, Aerospace, or Advanced Manufacturing.
* Proven success building HR infrastructure and people operations across multiple countries.
* Deep understanding of European employment law, and experience managing cross-border teams.
* Track record of leading through scale-up or transformation phases.
* Fluency in English required; proficiency in one or more of Baltic, Nordic, or Polish languages strongly preferred.
