This is a position that will involve varied responsibilities, from customer services, administration, order processing and assisting the Directors in the day to day running of the business.\n\nRoles / Responsibilities\n\nProcessing customer orders\nManaging customer's expectations\nAnswering the telephone and dealing with enquiries\nLiaising with other departments\nEnsuring up to date records are maintained\nManaging customer stocks\nProvide cover during annual leave / illness across other departments \n\nTraits / Skills\n\nAn ability to pick things up quickly and adapt to different situations\nStrong IT capabilities (Outlook, Excel, Word)\nGood numeracy and literacy skills\nSelf-motivated\nPolite, friendly with a professional telephone manner\nPunctual\nAbility to work under pressure in a fat paced thriving
