Duties • Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Xero • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is up-to-date • Prepare financial reports and summaries as required • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies Qualifications • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role within an organisation • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general ledger management • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity • Good communication skills, both written and verbal This position provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to apply their bookkeeping skills within a dynamic golf and leisure environment.
