Your mission
Being an ESS Key Account Manager is an exciting task, as you are the superhero our clients need. You will understand what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs. Here are your main responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage ESS clients and projects in the UK.
2. Collect client requirements and communicate with technical and service teams.
3. Analyze competitors’ solutions, pricing, and market strategies.
4. Attend national and international fairs and congresses.
5. Provide sales forecasts, reports, and market research.
6. Achieve yearly sales targets and ensure local market share.
7. Complete all other sales-related tasks.
Your profile
About
In this role, you should have a background in electrical equipment, including:
* A degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent, with an affinity for electrical engineering.
* Several years of experience in technical sales, business development, project development, or project management, preferably in the solar or energy storage industry. Experience with inverter manufacturing is a plus.
* Good knowledge of photovoltaics, inverters, and BOS, combined with a strong commercial sales background in the solar or renewable energy industry.
* English skills at least at C1 level; Chinese is a plus.
* Proficiency in MS-Office and CRM software.
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (50%).
