The Role The Chief Executive supports the Trustees in developing the strategic plan and delivering the annual plan. The role provides executive leadership to the Egmont team, with responsibilities covering fundraising, programmes, finance, HR and systems. Role Requirements We are looking for a leader with: a demonstrable track record of outstanding leadership with experience of business development. fundraising, programme implementation and governance. a commitment to an approach driven by strong financial disciplines with a familiarity of Financial Services. experience of effectively managing a small international team working remotely. an understanding of the operating environment in countries of Sub-Saharan Africa. a knowledge of the issues relating to HIV and AIDS.
