We invite you to join us in this transformation. Job Description Primary Responsibilities: Ownership of all operational and merchandising tasks on Bose. XX. Ensure timely updates to the site for all operational tasks. Support optimization of product sales, product launches, and promotions across Bose. XX. Ensure pricing and promotions are accurate and correctly implemented across all supported websites. Maintain and optimise merchandising, including product recommendations, cross-sells, up-sells and search across Bose. XX. Support global alignment for planned new product launches and maintain localised DTC calendar. Maintain product promotional pricing in collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams. Support lifecycle management of core products, accessories and refurbished products in collaboration with Sales Operations. Assist in testing of site operations, maintenance, and development activities. Help develop and document business requirements for Bose. XX capability improvements and support their delivery. Collaborate with internal teams and non-DTC functions to ensure Bose. XX supports their objectives. Assist in creating performance reports, providing insights into eCommerce and site performance. Maintain calendars, tasks, updates, and shared departmental documents to support team operations. Supporting the North American & APAC Bose. XX eCommerce sites when required. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in eCommerce operations or merchandising roles. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar eCommerce platforms is preferred. Working knowledge of web analytics tools such as GA4 or equivalent. Experience with SAP and/or other Salesforce tools. Experience with marketplaces is highly desirable. Experience working within Agile-structured teams, including use of project management tools such as JIRA. Experience working with global and cross-functional teams across multiple regions and time zones is preferred. Experience working within Agile-structured teams. Strong attention to detail. Fluent in written and spoken English. French and/or German is a bonus but not essential.
