Are you an ambitious Family Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with 2–5 years’ PQE looking for your next career move? This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded private practice law firm with a strong reputation in Family Law.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of private family law matters, including:
* Divorce and separation
* Financial remedy proceedings
* Child arrangements and custody disputes
* Pre-nuptial, post-nuptial, and cohabitation agreements
You’ll inherit an existing caseload and play an active role in business development, helping to grow the department further.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with 2–5 years PQE in family law
* Strong track record of handling complex family law matters
* Membership of Resolution preferred
* Experience with high-net-worth clients and/or complex cases
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and supervise junior team members
* Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for non-court dispute resolution (NCDR)
* Mediation or collaborative training is desirable but not essential
