ResponsibilitiesThe UK Fashion Team is responsible for the continued growth and development of the fashion vertical on TikTok Shop in the UK. The primary focus of the LIVE Strategy team is to drive one of TikTok Shop's unique selling points: livestream shopping. As TikTok Shop continues to shake up the traditional e-commerce landscape, this team will also play a big part in shaping the future developments of the shopping platform and the services offered to both brands and customers within.Support Fashion's LIVE Team by driving growth in livestream sales, contributing to strategy and identifying and incubating potential livestreaming talentOwning daily operations, including data analysis, reporting and budget allocationParticipate in ideation and implementation of LIVE selling strategies and training programs; build seller-facing communications that will drive livestream sales growthContribute to development of livestream best practices and playbooksSupport the existing operations of all seller-facing initiatives, including but not limited to: presenting webinars, creating educational materials, devising incentive strategies, advising on livestream operationsSupport the coordination of livestream events and campaigns, with occasional work on-site with merchantsQualificationsMinimum qualifications:Currently studying Bachelor's degree or above, graduating on or after 2026.Strong communication and written skills in EnglishPreferred qualifications:Strong interest or experience in fashion merchandising or television productionData-driven with good analytical skills and can derive actionable insights from complex datasets; mastery of ExcelHighly organised and adept at coordinating complex operationsStrong time management and multi-tasking skills; can work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentCollaborative, team playerJob InformationAbout TikTokTikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video.
