An opportunity has arisen due to an internal move for a Vehicle Installation Engineer within Thermo king UK based from our Bolton depot. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Ensure customer vehicles are installed to an excellent standard. Ensuring all installations are conducted to Thermo King guidelines. Ensure all Installations are within OEM tolerances and VOSA guidelines. Become a trusted member of the team by working with minimal day to day supervision. If any issues/concerns have been identified to raise with Supervisor/Lead Engineers/Co-Ordinators To be of smart & professional appearance especially when customer facing. Have flexibility to be able to work away from home, change in shift patterns and work weekends when needed. Work on bespoke jobs. Any instructions given by installation manager, co-ordinator/s & supervisor/s. To work at various locations if business needs dictate. Have the ability to work alone or as part of a team. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Desirable - GCSE’s in Mathematics and English, F-Gas 2079, previous installation/refrigeration experience Experience: Ideally looking for an individual with previous refrigeration, electrical, plumbing or mechanical experience however an individual with willingness to learn, positive attitude and keen interest within the refrigeration sector would be considered. Knowledge and Skills: Essential – The ability to work with minimal day to day supervision, computer literate, excellent oral and written communication skills. Driving license. Desirable – Experience of working in a mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing and heating sector. ADDITIONAL LOCAL NEEDS Holds a full UK driving license (essential) To work at various locations if business needs dictate.
