Job Description
As a Chef in our busy kitchen, youll be responsible for preparing high-quality Italian dishes with consistency, speed, and precision. You must be experienced, hardworking, trustworthy and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes to a high standard
* Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
* Work effectively as part of a team during high-volume service
* Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
* Ensure all dishes leave the kitchen to the highest standards of quality and presentation
* Adapt to a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Requirements
* Previous chef experience is essential
* Experience working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen is a must
* Strong understanding of Italian cuisine preferred
* Passion for food and delivering an excellent dining experience
* Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
* Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach
