To work closely with the SLT and colleagues to ensure the school is compliant with statutory regulations. Contribute to raising standards of student progress and attainment in Food Technology. Guide students through the practical and theoretical aspects of food preparation, nutrition and kitchen safety, ensuring all students are equipped with the skills and knowledge to meet their ongoing wellbeing needs. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that will enable students to develop valuable life skills and promote healthy eating habits Ensure the Food Technology curriculum is developed, implemented, monitored, and reviewed in order to analyse its effectiveness.
