Key Responsibilities:
* Opening and closing the store
* Overseeing the team to maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation
* Coaching, mentoring and motivating team members to help them grow and develop
* Promoting and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, with a focus on customer and colleague safety
* Supporting with stock tasks, including receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
