PA to the MD's - Poole - Salary up to £45,000 Bond Williams are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an organised and proactive PA to support the Joint Managing Directors in a varied and fast-paced role. This position requires a highly professional individual who can confidently manage administrative responsibilities while maintaining strong internal relationships across the business. Key Responsibilities: * Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Joint Managing Directors and Directors * Acting as a first point of contact for calls and visitors * Coordinating meetings, including preparation of papers and distribution of minutes * Managing and monitoring the company complaints process, ensuring adherence to timeframes * Supporting departmental procedures, standards, and internal processes * Maintaining effective working relationships across the organisation * Supporting Health & Safety policies and departmental compliance * Assisting with HR administrative duties, including arranging interviews and related coordination About You: You will be highly organised, professional, and confident managing multiple priorities. Strong communication skills, discretion, and attention to detail are essential. This is an on-site role based in Poole, Dorset.
