The Role – Behaviour Mentor
Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Mentor to support pupils aged 11–16 with social, emotional and mental health needs. You will work on a 1:1 and small-group basis, implementing behaviour support plans, supporting emotional regulation and helping pupils re-engage with learning. The role involves de-escalation, restorative approaches and building positive, consistent relationships to maintain a calm, structured and safe learning environment.

The school supports pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs through a structured and nurturing approach, focusing on re-engagement, clear boundaries and positive behaviour strategies.
